Director General's Message

Assalamualaikum and greetings.

First of all, I would like to wish a warm welcome to all those who are logged onto this web page. I convey my congratulations and gratitude to JTM's web development team for successfully creating this portal for all Internet users.

With the setting up of this webpage, JTM would be able to highlight some of the department's happenings.

ICT is one the most effective communication media today. Therefore, JTM hopes that all information that is channelled through this webpage would give a positive impact to society and create awareness and understanding about the departments actions. This webpage could also prove useful for SPM leavers, industrial workers and employers.

We are one of the government agencies responsible towards the nation's human factor development and we hope that all concerned parties would give the necessary encouragement and morale boost to our youth to enrol in JTM's Industrial Training Institutes or ILJTMS in the different available disciplines.

Hence, through this media, it is hoped that the country's youth would not only be able to contact and obtain information about formal skills training but to also to enroll in such programmes.
