Training Management Division

The Training Management Division is a branch in JTM which has many staff. The main functions of the department are to manage and observe all divisional duties of the management of all the ILJTM institutes. The management process starts from the intake process until the graduation of students.

All intakes start from this branch which includes promotional programs and overseeing of students' discipline.

Functions:

• To organize the intake of students for certificate and diploma programmes
• To manage the welfare of lecturers and students
• To develop training programmes for lecturers
• To manage the department promotions
