Entry Guidelines

INTRODUCTION

The Manpower Department Training Instituition (ILJTM) was established in order to provide and conduct pre-employment skills training programmes to fulfill the needs of the country's industrial sector. The ILJTM consists of 22 ILPs, 4 ADTECs and JMTI. ILPs offer certificate and advanced certificate programs while ADTECs and JMTI offer Diploma and Advanced Diploma programs. The main objective of ILJTM is to produce an optimum manpower through industrial skills training programs.

STUDENT INTAKE

The student intake for ILJTM is in January and July annually and the courses offered will be advertised in March and September. All application are via online:

UPU's website at upu.mohe.gov.my. The candidate have to purchase Unic ID Number from Bank Simpanan Nasional's counter (RM10.60) before applying .

FACILITIES
JTM offers a wide range of facilities in all of its institutes; includes of accommodation, food, lecture halls, laboratories, training workshops, facilities for sports and recreation, canteens, computer labs, libraries and others.

CHARGES
Programs Fees:

Diploma & Advanced Diploma programs: RM3,000.00 a year (PTPK loan can be applied for by those who qualify
Certificate and Advanced Certificate programs: free, unless under sponsorship
